    Description

    Our client is driving innovation in aesthetic medicine and has established itself as a global leader. Their products revolutionise non-invasive body shaping and facial treatments, and due to expansion are now looking for a passionate National Sales Manager to lead their team.

    They are on the lookout for a true sales leader confident in mentoring and coaching with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams as well as the ability to drive business growth across the UK.

    The role will see you focused on driving sales objectives and strategies, inspiring and developing the team, and staying ahead of market trends. Supporting your team with potential customers and nurturing relationships with key accounts.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets
    • Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
    • Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks, leveraging this also for early identification of market trends, challenges and opportunities.

    To be considered for the position, you must closely match the following job profile:

    • Leadership focused with a hands-on leadership style, confident in coaching and mentoring sales teams with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Hold a degree/diploma in sales, Business Administration, or related field
    • Possess good analytical skills, are solutions-orientated and an excellent problem solver
    • Strong influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in building a premium brand and understanding how to position products, and develop strategies and services at the top of the market.
