    Description
    Contracts Manager - Bridgwater

    Maintenance/ repairs projects around Bridgwater

    Permanent role

    Day to day:

    To monitor and support the Site Managers, Site Leads, Direct Trades and Supply Chain.
    Monitoring Health and Safety on site
    Provide monthly progress reports for the client
    Produce programmes of work &provide weekly information for monthly internal reviews
    Manage and achieve budget, monthly sales and cash collection.

    Check stock levels and distribution, material and plant orders to ensure all site-based equipment is efficient and appropriate for each of your sites.

    Maximise delivery of projects within budget and in accordance with the client specification.
    Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.

    Requirements:

    Experience of managing a multi-site portfolio, experience in repairs, voids, planned works etc.
    Confident and professional with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure effective lines of communication (internally and externally).
    Good literacy skills

    Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and have a flexible 'hands on' approach to ensuring service delivery and complete client satisfaction.

    IT literate - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays + your birthday day off

    £47,500 + car allowance

    Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
