    Description
    Identifizierung, Konzeption und Implementierung von internen und externen Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
    Steuerung und Umsetzung von Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten, z.B. Rollout und Implementierung unserer neuen Leitsätze
    Betreuung von Projekten bezüglich New Work und Change Management
    Proaktive Beratung und Betreuung der Fach- und Führungskräfte eines festgelegten Betreuungsbereiches in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten als zentraler HR-Ansprechpartner (m/w/d)
    Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
    Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess
    Umsetzung und Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse
    Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Psychologie mit – oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
    Du hast Projekterfahrungen im Bereich Learning & Development gesammelt und steuerst Deine Themen eigenverantwortlich
    Optimalerweise hast Du auch Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist (m/w/d) in der operativen Personalarbeit gesammelt und bringst Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht mit.
    Du hast große Freude und Interesse Menschen und Organisationen bei ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen und besitzt soziale Kompetenzen, um mit allen Ebenen zu interagieren.
    Du verfügst über eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Workflows und arbeitest prozessorientiert.
    Du verstehst Dich als absoluten Teamplayer und scheust Dich nicht Deine Kolleg*innen jederzeit zu unterstützen
    Abgerundet wird Dein Profil durch sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und den sicheren Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket.
