    Technical Support Specialist - United Kingdom - Tribe Payments Limited

    Description

    Tribe Payments is looking to continue its rapid expansion in the payments market. Tribe is a group of people that have come together with a singular purpose of making the world of payments simple and accessible. Join our ever-growing Tribe Payments team as a Technical Support Specialist and help us change how this market perceives payments.

    What you would do

    • Address support tickets from various teams, providing timely technical assistance
    • Act as the main point of contact for internal clients, resolving technical inquiries and issues
    • Collaborate with the development team to create and manage tasks for technical issue resolution
    • Assist IT Project Manager during tech support calls and discussions with implementation, operations, and business teams
    • Monitor task progress, address issues, and communicate with stakeholders
    • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, contribute to backlog reviews, and analyse provider announcements.

    • Previous work experience in the IT field or a similar role.
    • Problem-solving skills to analyse and discuss potential solutions with the development team.
    • Team player attitude, interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and time management.
    • Proficiency in English.

    Salary range for this position is 2052 - 2591 EUR /monthly gross. Salary proposal depends on your competences and seniority level.
