Main Responsibilities:
Achieves sales targetsAchieve weekly and monthly KPIsAnalyses the marketplace, develops an effective territory/account sales strategy, and presents the strategy to management to gain approval for implementationPerforms all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy) from product introduction, presentation and trial to closing and contract negotiationManages product mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aimsUses customer and prospect contact tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systemsResponds to and follows up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and informationRecords, analyses, reports and administers according to systems and requirementsAttends and presents at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business developmentMaintains and acquires new product, technology, market, sales tool and process knowledgeIdentifies and addresses all key decision makers, key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts and reports on them to the national sales manager on a regular basisFurther develops existing accounts into new product lines and develops entirely new accountsBuilds strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing processIdentifies upcoming tendersAttends and participates in key professional congresses and events as requiredReport in to the national sales managerKnowledge and Qualifications:3-5 years sales experience (outside of Med Tech)Good at building report and closingGood knowledge of the decision making process with customersFluency in EnglishField based role - needs to be willing to travelLooking for someone to start in time for Q3Reach out:
