    Base salary between: £50,000-70,000k based on experience with OTE between: £70,000-£90,000

    We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our growth in the B2B Technology market at our London-based, independently owned, PR and Marketing agency.

    As an extremely well-established business, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.

    We are looking for someone who has previously been in an internal sales role (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative) and preferably graduated to a Team Leader/Head of Internal Sales position.

    In the role we want a 'player-manager' who can create and nurture leads, turning these into opportunities which our business leaders can then exploit and turn into clients.

    You will be responsible for actively generating opportunities, developing ideas and helping the senior team close deals.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Lead Generation and Sales

    ● Prospecting and generating new leads through outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships

    ● Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities for our PR and Digital services

    ● Crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition

    Team Management

    ● Establishing and optimizing sales processes, strategies, and methodologies to drive revenue growth

    ● Work with the full agency team (Senior and Junior) to train and coach to improve their sales skills

    Strategic Alignment

    ● Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales efforts with the agency's overall business objectives

    ● Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    ● Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
