    Description

    We are currently eight schools:

    three special need schools; four secondaries and one primary school all local to the Farnham, Haslemere and Woking areas.

    Our schools are a force for good within their respective communities delivering positive outcomes as reflected across the measures of Ofsted, Progress 8 and national attainment measures.

    Our finances are strong, despite funding challenges and our estates are well maintained with a regular programme of innovative capital works taking place across all our schools.

    With a further 5 schools joining the Trust from September 2024.
    We are looking for someone who will lead the Trust in the strategic direction of people and culture.

    We anticipate that the successful candidate will work alongside the Director of Finance and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the Trust provides an outstanding education experience for all our students and staff.

    The most important part of our organisation is our people and the inspirational culture within which we work.

    Therefore, we are seeking a professional who will not only have attention to the Trust functions but also be looking to develop systems and a culture that allows people to thrive whilst supporting our Trust ambition to be the education employer of choice in the local area.

    Up to 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
    Hybrid working opportunities
    Membership of the LGPS or TPS pension schemes with 22% (LGPS) and 28% (TPS) employer contributions
    Additional 2-day wellbeing weekend in November
