    JSS Search are delighted to be partnering a leading retailer in their search for an

    International Reward Manager Position Overview:

    As Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture by designing and implementing effective compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

    You will collaborate with HR, department managers, and leadership to ensure that our reward initiatives support our business objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a strategic compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
    Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
    Design and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and promote a positive work culture.
    Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
    Analyse data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits, and reward programs to enhance understanding and engagement.


    Requirements:
    Proven track record in a Reward Manager/Partner role Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
