    Head Of Marketing - Leading EOR/Payroll - Start-up

    Position Overview:

    Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional ready to make a meaningful impact? Look no further My client is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive our brand's growth and elevate our presence in the global marketplace.

    As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and spearheading initiatives to position my client as the premier choice for Employer of Record (EOR) services worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at the forefront of global expansion solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Lead a talented team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
    • Drive digital marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the HR or SaaS industry.
    • 8 + years in a Marketing capacity
    • Start-up experience would be ideal.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
