    Description

    Join our dynamic team as an OfficeManager/Customer Service Representative where youll play a pivotalrole in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptionalcustomerexperiences.

    Responsibilities:

    OfficeManagement:

    • Facilitate IT setup fornew hires ensuring a seamless onboardingprocess.
    • Manage vendor relationships andoversee supplies and equipment.
    • Conduct monthlybuilding inspections and address maintenance issuespromptly.
    • Manage reception deskresponsibilities including greetingclients.
    • Coordinate internal meetings eventsand special occasions.
    • Maintain effectivecommunication with key departments.
    • Overseeoffice supply inventory and manage reception deskresponsibilities.

    Customer ServiceSupport:

    • Handle customer inquiriespromptly and courteously via variouschannels.
    • Address and resolve customercomplaints ensuring satisfaction.
    • Provideproduct information and support to enhance customerexperience.
    • Manage order processing and ensuretimely delivery.
    • Maintain a deep understandingof our products/services for accurateresponses.

    • Minimum of 3months of relevant experience.
    • Exceptionalcustomer service skills and a friendlydemeanour.
    • Ability to thrive in a teamorientedenvironment.
    • Strong organizational andmultitasking skills.
    • Selfstarter with excellentcommunication skills.
    • ITliterate.
    • Fulltime commitment with a mix ofoffice and WFH days.
