    Northern Offshore Services Ltd. is expanding its presence on the UK market. We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Chartering team at N-O-S Ltd. Are you looking for new challenges in an ambitious sales and chartering team?

    As a Technical Sales Manager you will be part of the Chartering department which consists of passionate and supportive colleagues, ready to give our clients the best possible customer experience.

    Northern Offshore Services is the world leading provider of crew transfer vessels (CTV's). We are working within the renewable energy sector and our clients are major stakeholders and large energy companies. Our vision, BEST365, and our values are extremely important to us and influence our strong company culture. Technical Sales Manager is a senior position within N-O-S Ltd.

    You will provide analysis of market opportunities, propose sales tactics, and support the management of existing customer accounts as well as, proactively working towards developing relationships with new customers.

    There will be a focus on building strong key relationships with existing and prospective clients.

    This is a key role in positively contributing to the achievement of the business strategy to grow our customer-based ambitious targets for sales revenue as well as customer satisfaction.

    The base will primarily be in the UK, but business travels outside the UK will be required.

    We are looking for a person who is creative and curious, who has a passion for sales and a desire to deliver value to our clients.

    We are looking for a candidate who has sales experience or experience from the shipping industry – preferably in offshore wind and/or the CTV market.

    Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    Driver's licence.
    Promote company culture, values, and vision.
    Follow site specific procedures and together with N-O-S back-office monitor and improve project and vessel performance.
    Responsible for submitting project specific tenders.

    Work and develop the company's routines with present and new customers, develop meeting statistics, update the company's CRM system, etc.

    Report future predictions, new, present, and potential customers, development of future sales possibilities.
    Develop new solutions and methods to maintain our quality and profitably standards.
    Provide sales and chartering support during non-office hours.
    Attend operational meetings with clients on ongoing projects.
    Frequent travels to meet with customers and attend industry events will be required.
    This position is permanent, starting with a six-month probation period, and will start as soon as possible


    Location:
    Conwy (UK) or homebased in the UK.
    A competitive salary and car allowance is available to the right candidate.
