    Business Development RepresentativeAI Big data Fintech company going through phenomenal growth.
    Location - London Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

    Salary $30,000 - £50,000 base salary + around £20k commission uncapped with accelerators Fast tracked career development Our client who are a leading provider of AI-based Big Data analytics.

    Who manage risk, detect money laundering schemes, uncover operational issues, and reveal valuable new growth opportunities. Are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their UK sales team due to significant success and continued growth.

    As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role as the company expand their business in UK markets.

    So if you have BDR or SDR experience selling B2B SaaS, then read on.

    You will be leading all pipeline creation for this region, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to convert leads to opportunities, send out cold emails and phone calls to potential customers, follow-up, qualify and identify opportunities from marketing campaigns, and lead inbound/outbound efforts targeting accounts to feed the sales pipeline.


    Key responsibilities:


    Generate new business opportunities for the Sales team in the UKConduct the lead qualification process before transferring the lead to the sales team (initial presentations, demo, etc.)Work closely with the sales and marketing department to manage the entire lead generation and qualification process.

    Research accounts prior to the first contact to understand the prospect's needs.
    Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects.
    Work closely with Sales to identify and uncover opportunities at target accounts.
    Responsible for meeting BDR metrics and assigned goals.


    Position Requirements:
    Experience with SDR or BDR roles selling Sass solutions.
    Fluent in English - written and spokenExperienced with outbound reach and demonstrated performance in generating interest for potential prospects.
    Experience with B2B lead generation best practices- an advantage.
    An entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of drive, energy, and passion for sales.
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
