    Head of Strategy and Operations

    London

    £80,000-£100,000

    We are working with a scaling HealthTech business who are looking to hire a Head of Strategy and Operations to work closely with the CEO and Founder. You will be responsible for building and managing teams, working on a range of growth and strategy projects, identifying and fixing operational inefficiencies-and a host of other duties.

    What you'll be doing:-

    • You will be in charge of building and managing high performing teams across the business.
    • You will play a key role in setting and monitoring KPI's and OKR's and ultimately setting the operational drumbeat of the business.
    • You will be obsessed with operational efficiency and will be tasked with helping the business to run as effectively as possible from internal systems through to the customer journey.
    • You will work across teams working closely with commercial, product and finance to deliver best in class experience for their customers.
    • You will work closely with the founder on strategic business projects that will lead to growth and expansion.

    What we are looking for:-

    • You'll have 5+ years of work experience, ideally with previous experience in strategy consulting/IB/Law or within a start-up.
    • Healthcare expereicne would be an added benefit
    • You'll have a fierce bias towards action and will be used to moving quickly to get things done.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset. Ultimately you'll play a defining role in the success and continued growth of the business.
    • You'll be an analytical whizz, used to turning numbers and reports into insight.
    • You'll be an expert communicator used to dealing with varying levels of seniority.
    • You will need to demonstrate previous success in managing and leading teams.
