- StrategicSupport:
- Provide comprehensivesupport to the CEO including strategic planning assistance projectmanagement and research.
- Facilitate theexecution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with variousdepartments and stakeholders.
- Governanceand Compliance:
- Ensure adherence toregulatory requirements and internal policies particularly indocument management meeting governance and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate and prepare for board meetingsincluding agenda setting minute taking and followup on actionitems.
- Communicationand Liaison:
- Act as a point of contactbetween the executive team and internal/external stakeholdersmanaging and directing communication to ensure effectiveinformation flow.
- Handle confidentialinformation with discretion representing the executive officeprofessionally in all interactions.
- Leadershipand Development:
- Demonstrate leadershippotential by taking initiative in process improvements mentoringjunior staff and participating in strategic discussions.
- Stay informed of industry trends andregulatory changes advising the Csuite on potential impacts andstrategies.
- Education:Bachelors degree required professional certifications in BusinessAdministration Finance Law or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Experience as an ExecutiveAssistant or in a similar role preferably within a regulatedindustry. Proven track record of supporting seniorlevel executives.
- StrategicThinking: Ability to anticipate executive needs and actproactively. Skilled in strategic planning and execution.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with theregulatory environment relevant to the industry with the ability tonavigate and ensure compliance.
- Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient inpreparing reports presentations and correspondence.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrates qualitiesof a future leader including decisionmaking integrity and theability to inspire and mentor others.
- Organizational Skills: Outstandingorganizational and time management skills with the capability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Must maintainthe highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
