    An established well positioned SaaS vendor within MarTech is looking to add an account manager / Customer Success Manager to their team as part of their next phase of growth

    Job Title:

    In the role as an account manager / customer success manager you will have full responsibility for a number of accounts, from a variety of sectors including FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Corporate Commercial etc.

    You will also ned to be someone that is comfortable discussing contract renewals and looking at price uplift with accounts as well as discussing cross and up sell opportunities.

    You will need to be a process driven relationship focused account manager that can demonstrate a track record of working with clients to ensure they are getting maximum usage and return from the offering due to their employees being engaged.

    A solid understanding of marketing whether that is through technology or working in a marketing agency as an account manager is a big plus.


    On offer will be a competitive basic salary of between £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience along with an uncapped commission plan with an ote of circa £80,000 plus benefits such as private health, private medical and travel to and from the office covered by the client
