    Description

    This is an opportunity to join a well established financial media business specialising in aviation at their busy central London office.

    They are dedicated to enhancing transparency and accountability as the industry transitions towards sustainable aviation.

    With a strong presence among key market participants, this organization is expanding its offerings beyond news to include innovative data and analytics solutions.

    They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to contribute to this mission and drive the industry forward by fostering transparency and meeting evolving industry demands.

    Key responsibilities:
    Develop and main strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    Understand customers' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to effectively articulate the value proposition of products/services.

    Act as a customer advocate within the organization, providing feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and service enhancements.

    Analyse customer usage data and metrics to track product adoption, identify trends, and drive insights for product improvement and customer success.

    Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing accounts and work with Sales to execute growth strategies.
